Three-Ingredient Smoothies

These are great to have for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack. You’ll probably have time to make one even when you’re in a hurry!


1 serving

5-10 minutes


Ingredients:

- 175g of fruit

- 1 banana

- 100ml apple juice or orange juice



1. Slice the banana and the rest of the fruit.


2. Put all the fruit and juice in the blender.


3. Blend until you have the desired texture.


4. Enjoy now or pour into a bottle for later!



Note: Apple juice doesn’t taste as much as orange juice does, and is less noticeable in a smoothie. Use orange juice when you feel like it fits.


Tip: Use frozen fruit to get a smoothie that will stay chilled for longer, for example if you’re having it for lunch. Just make sure your blender can handle it, and be aware that the smoothie might not be as smooth and even.
