3 servings
40 min
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. sunflower oil
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 lemon
- Salt and pepper
1. First you have to warm the oven to 200*c.
2. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into medium sized strips. It is optional if you want to keep the peel on or off. After you have cut the potatoes spread them on a baking tray and add sunflower oil. This will make sure the fries will frie and become crispy. Put the tray in the oven and let it bake for about 40 minutes.
3. While the potatoes are baking, you can make the dressing. For the dressing you only need mayonnaise, garlic and a lemon. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the mayonnaise. Squize lemon into the bowl and mix.
4. Take the sweet potatoes out of the oven and season them with salt and pepper. Serve with the dressing. It is also possible to have ketchup or any other dressing that you like. Enjoy!
