Banana Pancakes

Delicious and healthy banana pancakes. More rich in taste!

Ingredients:

- 10 dl oatmeal

- 4 bananas (best ripe)

- 8 eggs

- 4 dl milk

- 4 tsp. baking powder

- 1 tbs. salt

1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.


2. Add the oatmeal, salt and baking powder. Mix well.


3. Add the eggs and finally the milk. The pancakes should be a little thick, but if you want the batter to be lighter, add more milk.


4. When you are going to fry the pancakes, use butter. Fry on medium heat. The pancakes should fry on each side so it becomes firm. It should have a golden colour. When you are done with al the batter, you are ready to serve.


Tips: You can serve with jam, bananas, chocolate spread, or even something salty like bacons, cheese or ham.
